Preservation of Historic Architecture and Resources
Formed in the early 1990's to save the Peabody Mansion from the developer's wrecking ball, the Landmark Conservancy is a group of volunteers dedicated to preserving historically and architecturally significant buildings which are critical to the cultural heritage of the Chicago area and educating the public about the importance of significant historic resources and their preservation.
